Job Description
Our team is growing and now we are looking for Software Developer for our Support Team to join our office in Jaipur. As a Software Developer at Valamis, you will be responsible to resolve development requests using Java/J2EE based open-source products such as Liferay. You will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support and will work with your colleagues worldwide. We will offer you interesting and challenging software development tasks in an international atmosphere. At Valamis, we have a great variety of customers from Stiching Philadephia Zorg to Hema.
What are we looking for in our new colleague?
From the technical side:
- You have minimum 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience.
- You are capable to process and resolve development requests in support.
- You are able to assist in making work estimates.
- You are able to implement customer requested changes to the software.
- You have a basic knowledge of Java & Liferay.
- You are interested in new technologies and are eager to learn.
Also:
- You have good social skills, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge with your colleagues.
- You believe in teamwork, and you are a responsible team member.
- You also enjoy working independently and making decisions based on your knowledge and experience.
- In work projects, you can see the whole picture as well as the fine details.
