Job Description

Hiring for HR Recruiter with a top consulting firm based at Faridabad.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. End to End IT and Non IT recruitment Life cycle of the PAN INDIA, hire for Permanent positions.

2. Source and screen the right candidates as per the requirements/JD/requisitions shared bythe clients.

3. Proficient Experience on Sourcing profiles through various Job Portals like Naukri, Shine, monster, EmployeeReferralsandInternalDatabase.

4. Coordinating/Scheduling & Conducting Interviews depending upon the Interview modes.

5. Coordinating with the selected candidates for salary negotiation.

6. Following-upon each submitted candidate until the candidate is accepted/rejected.

7. Offer rollout and constant follow up till the joining of the candidate.

8. Preparing and maintaining requirement & submissions activity reports.
