Roles and Responsibilities

Urgent requirement for Assistant Branch manager/ Branch Manager profile with co-operative bank, Mumbai

Responsible for Team Management, Branch Business Development, Audit Control.

Key Accomplishments

Enhancement of Branch CA/SA/TD-GL & Loan Book Size.

Conduct Daily Morning Huddle to Discuss Daily Operating Plan & target.

Monitoring Individual Staff Productivity & Review on Daily Basis.

Follow compliance of RBI/IRDAI statutory norms & Company laid down policies.

Ensure Achievement of Overall Branch Target by Generating Business & Cross Sale.

Own All Branch-Banking Objective & Overall Branch Supervision.

Maintain AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for Financial Year.

Track General Ledger Cash Inflow & Cash out Flow of Base Branch.

Ensuring Operations & Risk Control at Branch, Internal & regulatory Guidelines.

Inform & meet customer for new product or product enhancements.

Segment & Penetrate the Customer of Base Branch to Increase GL.

Overall Responsible for Team Development, Cost Management, Revenue Generation.

Provide Mutual Fund report to facilitate executive-level decision making For Client.

Overall Responsible for Break Even, Profit & Loss of Branch.


Desired Candidate Profile


Manage Net Performing Assets, Impairments/Credit Losses.

Property /Stock Inspection on Provide report to Credit Department

Deciding a Visioning about all the activities that need to be executed in the Branch.

Designing the Marketing strategies for Deposits and Loan enhancement. Also marketing the allied financial products.(Mutual fund and Insurance)

Managing team of 4 members and evaluating their performance on regular intervals.

Training and development of officers on various financial products, operations activities and soft skills.

Completing the Compliance of all type of Audits. (Concurrent, Credit, etc.)

Analyzing and preparing credit proposals.

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
