Job Description
Main Responsibilities & KRAs
1. To be Interface between Business and Technology in a lead role to drive the projects with solutions on new products, defects and change request or new functionality. (KRA)- 90% request should be processed within 5 days (working) from date of receipt.
2. Responsible for requirement gathering from business teams, deriving solutions, preparing BRD/SD/FSD/SAD and facilitating further coordination for requirement closure within prescribed timeline. (KRA) - 90% SD should be signed off within 8 days.
3. Explaining business requirements to developer/dev lead to initiate the development and ensuring further end to end coordination with all other stake holders such as testing team, business, Infrastructure to ensure timely delivery of the project/track. (KRA) - 98% projects/tracks should go live as per initial requirements and schedule.
4. Preparation and/or verification of test scenarios, user stories, prototypes. (KRA) - 98% business test scenarios should be verified by Business Analyst.
5. Performing sanity, integration/regression and user acceptance testing. (KRA) - 90% test scenarios should be passed before closure of smoke and integration, 100% scenarios should be passed before closure of UAT.
6. Providing support to business user post go live when required. (KRA) - 95% request should be closed within 24 hrs. from receipt date
