Location: All over Mumbai.
Salary: 12,000 to 30,000
Qualification: Hsc to Graduate.
Branch Banking:
Create strategies to grow business opportunities.
Build new customer relationships
Retain existing customers.
Resolve customer issues.
Ensure customers financial needs are met.
Develop and monitor bank sales strategies.
Manage and monitor loan portfolio.
Identify and develop new sources of business.
Train, mentor and guide branch banking staff to function effectively.
Monitor, verify, rectify and update all accounting records.
Prepare financial statements and operational reports for the head office.
Customer Service:
Customer service representatives who work for banks answer customer questions about basic banking services, such as account balances and interest rates and fees. They also help customers protect their accounts by reviewing suspicious activity, reversing transactions and reissuing compromised debit and credit cards. Over time, some customer service representatives move into other banking jobs.
Saturday/Sunday Fix off with all Banking facilities.
