position/Title
Engineer Production/Process Engineer/CCR Operator- Grinding & Cement Unit

Role, job contents, scope, responsibilities
Objective of this position to operate the plant with high efficiency keeping in co- ordination with the Production Foreman, Production Fieldsmen, Technicians and Laboratory Operators.

Improvement of the existing Operation practices for a better Productivity MAIN TARGETS

a) Operate the Additive reception, Raw Mill, Kiln and Cement mill sections .

b) Produce the Raw meal, Clinker and Cement of good quality conforming to the QMS standards and quantity target set by Production Engineer/ Production Manager.

c) Implementation of QMS.

Main duties:

a) Co- Ordinate with Production Foreman and Production Fieldsmen for the smooth operation of the plant.

b) Monitor the quality of the products- Raw meal, Clinker and Cement- and maintain the quality within the range as defined in the QMS procedures.

c) Keep good co- ordination with the laboratory for the feedback of quality.

d) To follow the non- conformatity procedure in case the product is not conforming to the standards.

e) Keep good communication with all and inform the abnormalities to the concerned.

f) To act effectively during emergency stuations like fire/ accidents.

Knowledge

a) Operation knowledge of the various equipment

b) Process knowledge

c) Chemistry of cement

d) Computer application-

Basic Language skills : English (Written and spoken)

Experience : Minimum 1 years as a CCR operator in Cement plants.

Human relations & management skills

a) Good communication skills

b) Analytical and logical approach

c) Train the sub- ordinates

Education
B.E.Btech/Diploma Chemical or Cement

B.Sc Chemistry or M.Sc Chemistry

Experience
3 to 8 Years
