About Company: It was established on 1972. They are making engineering products.(Rubber/Plastic Industry).

Designation: : Development Engineer - Compounding ( SMC / DMC ).

Location: Navi Mumbai.

Gender: Male.

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Plastics / Polymers Diploma or Degree in Chemical

Engineering Diploma or Degree in CIPET

Note: Looking from polymer compounding / Rubber Compounding / Injection Moulding background

Job Description:

• Development of Various grades of SMC/DMC.

• Development of Various Raw materials required for SMC/DMC.

• Conduct trials at Customer's end.

• Trobleshooting during trials at Customer's end.

• Knowledge of Injection Moulding is essential

• Knowledge of Handling Various measuring Instruments is essential

• Knowledge of usual testing methods like mechanical, physical & electrical is essential.

• Customer Complaints- Investigation and analysis, reduction

• External and Internal Audits wrt Quality

• Documentation of ISO and other QMS, 5S, Kaizen etc is preferred.

• Knowledge of Control Plan, Flow chart, FMEA, PPAP is preferred.
