Job Description

Dear Job Aspirant,

Hiring is going on of Sales Managers of Direct Sales Channel for a reputed Life insurance company in your city.

Function will be service to sale. You will be assigned a branch and this branch will provide you leads of customers. You will be supposed to do the Up Selling, Cross Selling, Retention and Renewal of the already existing customers policies.

Locations :

West Zone : Mumbai (Churhgate, Jamnagar, Jalgaon, Bharuch, Himmatnagar, Anand, Latur, Rajkot and Nanded.

North Zone : Jalandhar, Srinagar, Kullu, Kota, Kurukshetra, Delhi, Ludhiana, Gurgaon, Chandigarh and Jodhpur.

South Zone : Vasco, Mangalore, Nellore, Vizag, Karimnagar and Madurai.

East Zone : Jhansi, Cuttack, Noida, Saharanpur, Guwahati and Burdwan.

Compensation : Up to 3.80 Lacs per annum. Plus incentives.

Reimbursements : Conveyance allowance, travel allowance, phone bills reimbursements, Mediclaim facility, insurance cover and many other perks.


Job Role :-

You will be required to get the retention, renewal, Up selling and Cross selling of the already existing customers policies done.

The data of already existing customers will be given to you. You would be required to generate new business from these leads.

You will be provided data of existing customers for service and sales. Through relationship building you will generate new leads to get new business also.

Service through relationship management

Establishing and strengthening relationship with the allocated customer base.

Ensure retention of customers in his/her allocated

Act as single point of contact for customers for any customer query/complaint.

Identify financial goals of customers and providing financial planning assistance.

Competition Analysis for giving professional advice to customer

Fixself appointments everyday from the given customer database as per the campaign

Sales

Focus on cross-sell & up-sell opportunity in allocated customers.

Ensure successful completion of licensing as per companys standards.

Key competencies/skills required

Process & Result orientation

Customer centricity & relationship building

Basic Computer Knowledge.

Good communication skills- English and regional language

Desired qualification and experience

  • Minimum qualification-Graduate
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Own conveyance Mandatory.
  • Age:Max 35 yrs not more than that.
  • Staying at his current location for 1-2 yr.

The companyis progressing on the digitization journey of service and sales, which may require candidates to be equipped with Tablets for their work.
