Hiring Technical Recruiter- US IT Recruiter

Night Shift(8:30 PM-5:30 AM)

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle IT requirements for US based clients.

• Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.
• Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database, Resume/Job Portals and Professional Networking.
• Edit & Format resumes matching consistency and giving the resume visual cum technical perfection before presenting it to clients.
• Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
• Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.

• Education Background-
• We hire only B.tech(CS/EC/IT),BCA,MCA,BSC(IT),Any IT technical(Any IT Diploma).
• Applicant having 0- 3 years of experience in Business Development role from Recruitment Firms/IT Software/Inside Sales/International Sales /Outbound Sales/International BPO may apply
