IST Night Shifts Opening For a US Multinational working in various Niches!
This is for a Night Shift Job and this will be WORK FROM OFFICE
and
NOT Work from Home
Opening for IST NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY - Process Developers/Business Analysts/Business Consultants/Project Managers for Business Intelligence & Service Delivery (0-7 Years)
The company works in several niches like:
- eCommerce (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay,)
- Real Estate Property Consulting (both US RE Tenant Management and also the US Real Estate investment)
- Complex Business Project Management
- Change Management
- Business Transformation
- Business Dynamics
- Business Transitions
- Complex Business Analysis
- Email Management, Calendar management, Tavel Booking, Hotel Booking, Car booking for high-paced dynamic CEO, CXO, CTO, etc.
- Business consulting
- Remote Team leadership - Teams spread over the US, UK, Australia, and the Philippines
We are looking for candidates from ICSE/ISC/CBSC board/WB State Board with excellent English Written and Verbal Communication skills and people who can join immediately!
This is a NO sales, NO target-based job. We do not run any conventional processes like a BPO or a Call Center
Further, we are an absolute KPO - Knowledge Process Hub and NOT a BPO or a Call Center. We have a very knowledge-driven approach to what we deliver to our clients and thus there is a substantial learning curve but again it pays off well in the long run both in terms of Service Delivery and also Financial Remuneration.
- This is purely End-End Business Consulting.
- Full Training provided.
The OFFICE TIMINGS are
Monday to Friday:
8:15 pm IST to 5:30 am IST
Five Days working with FIXED Saturday and Sunday off

Candidate Requirements:
1. Candidates must posses STELLAR verbal and written English Communication Skills
2. Must be open to IST NIGHT Shifts - WE ONLY WORK IST NIGHT SHIFTS AS WE ARE A US BASED COMPANY AND WE WORK US NEW YOUR BUSINESS HOURS (EST, CST, PST)
3. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) - especially Advanced Excel (Nested Formulas, Pivots, IF OR, IF AND, Conditional Formatting, Data Sorting, etc) and PowerPoint Skills!
4. Fast Learner, Dedicated, Honest, and Hard Working Professionals
5. Relevant Experience in KPO/BPO preferred (Specially KPO)
Our Office is in Shyambazar. 7 minutes walking from the Shyambazar Metro Station and 2 Minutes from the Fariapukur Bus Stop.
Requirements:
1. BA/MA/BCOM/MCOM / Candidates with English Honors/Finance AND International Client handling experience/background preferred
2. Stellar computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Internet) + Excellent English communication skills (both Verbal and Written)
