Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- You will support business Leaders in implementing process/digital transformations across business functions.
- You will work with clients to assess current state, identify improvement opportunities with value case, develop value realisation roadmap, and deliver process improvement and transformation programs to realise value.
- You will drive Agentic AIled transformation initiatives that elevate business performance and enable enhanced ways of working
- You will generate business insights using underlying data and process knowledge and build opportunity pipeline with aligned business cases to improve processes performance and automation/Agentic interventions
- You will leverage existing, emerging, and new technologies (e.g., Process mining, Task Mining, Automation, Agentic AI) to deliver these transformations.
- You will support the business in developing EY knowledge and concepts for our practice, whilst also actively establishing, maintaining, and strengthening internal and external stakeholder relationship.
- You will build your management consulting and process domain capabilities to become a valued contributor to our clients transformations and for your own personal career journey.
- You will start to identify business opportunities at the clients where you work, and support to develop proposals, assets, and offerings to answer to client requests.
Skills and attributes for success
- Degree in masters in business administration or equivalent, with excellent results (preferred, not mandatory).
- You have meaningful experience (4-8 years) in one of the following areas:
- Automation and AI Solution delivery
- Process and digital transformation
- Process improvement.
- P2P/OTC/Finance process improvement
- You have led or been part of business transformation project, adept in handling client interactions and workshops.
- You have a strong interest in digital technologies (e.g., Process Mining, Automation, Agentic AI, RPA, source-to-pay tools) and some working experiences of the application of those technologies.
- Sector experience in Consumer Products, Life Science and/or Industrial Products.
- Flexibility including willingness to travel regionally and globally if needed.
Mandatory skills
- Experience: 1 to 8 years of experience in digital transformation, Automation and AI solution delivery, Project delivery, Process improvement, Performance management, Process Mining
- Consulting experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Work Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi
- Education: BS/MS/BE/ME/MCA/MBA
