Roles and Responsibilities

We are Hiring VALUE BANKER (Male / Female)

Job Locations - Madhya Pradesh / All over India
Total vacancies - 400+(Male / Female)
Post - Value Banker (Relationship Manager)
Package - 2.3 lac to 2.72 lac per annum
Selection Process
1. Essay test
2. profiler test
3. Interview
4. ICET test (aptitude test)
Eligibility criteria
1. Age 19-25 yrs (01/04/1997) From onwards.
2. Freshers eligible.
3. Minimum 50% in 10th 12th and graduation.
4. Gap between 10th to graduation should not be more than 1 yr.
5.Work experience should not be more than 2 yrs.
6. Any Graduate can apply.
Job Description of Value Banker
A Value Banker is someone who adds value to the bank and the customers. They identify and understand the financial needs of the customers and provide suitable solutions for them. They play a vital role in acquiring new customers & cross-selling to existing customers.
