Position: RELATIONSHIP MANAGER/ OFFICER (Direct Channel /Direct Marketing)

Position Summary:

Lead front line sales of the company products and services and achieving monthly, quarterly and

annual business targets with individual performance

Age : 21 to 37 years.

Location - Chennai /Kochi

Job Description :

Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that made to customer.

Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.

Cross sell and up sell Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the

Customers and as defined by the organization.

Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily

activities.

Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance

solutions based on analysis.

Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.

Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria -

Any Graduation (Compulsory)

Insurance/Sales Experience needed

CTC

30% hike on current CTC

UPTO MAX 4 lac PER ANNUM
