POSITION: Circle Human Resource Manager
LOCATION: Nagpur, Pune, Madhya Pradesh, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam

TOTAL EXPERIENCE: 10+ years

Ensuring resolutions of IR issues related to Contract Labour and various issues such as Bonus, wages and Employment of Labour.

Issuing confirmation & appraisal forms to HODs and follow up with confirmation advice.
Manage HR at multiple locations
3rd Party Exp - Handling Labour contractors and co-coordinating for organizing manpower requirements.
Team Handling is Must
Recruitment
PMS
Statutory Compliance(Maintenance of Records and compliance under various statutory agencies such as factory insp, labour office, ESI, Labour Welfare (Statutory and Voluntary), etc.
Core HR Activities
Promotions, Transfers
Ensure employee engagement activities in the circle willing to travel (Store & Regional Office Twice a week)
Good Communication Skills.

Candidate must be willing to relocate across the country wherever we have presence. Open to travel and relocate.
