Requirements: We are looking for an individual who will suffice the below requirements, 1.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal2.Bachelors degree3.Advanced MSOffice knowledge4.Must have minimum of 1 year of prior experience working in a voice process5.UK retail insurance knowledge is a plus 1 month np is acceptable
