Troubleshoot and fix the Reported failure event and Escalate as and when needed.
Provide Tier1 support to partner on requested queries and task through Incident (reactive Support)
Chat support (NOC IM for Incident Management) and Partner Calling based on system classification and Partner's business requirement.
