Managing Partner needs to recruit Agency Partners (AP) by himself/herself
(AP) need to recruit insurance advisors under him/her
End-to-end ownership of AP

Required Candidate profile

Candidate from Insurance background with experience in Agency Channel will be preferred

The package is Negotiable depending on the candidate current performance & salary
