Job Description

Role: HR Operations Advisor

Location: Hyderabad

JD:

Degrees or certifications needed: Engineers with SOX related or HR tools /technical knowledge.

What is expected in day to day?

Supporting employees with Access related requests to Microsoft Tools and applications including Tier 1 technical support of troubleshooting

Ability to perform SOX audits on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis and work with auditors ( PWC and Deloitte teams) in Process walkthrough explaining the tools, processes and helping with evidences and clarifications

Ability to collaborate well with several partners ( both internal and external) for successful completion of responsibilities ( individual/teams)
