Designation : AR Caller / Sr. AR Caller

• Understand Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Health-care providers.
• Basic knowledge on Denials and immediate action to resolve them.
• Follow up on the claims for collection of payment.
• Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
• Should be able to resolve billing issues that have resulted in delay in payment.
• Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.

Experience : 1 - 6 Years

Shift timings - US Night

Job location - Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Trivandrum

50,000 Joining Bonus

Relieving letter is not mandatory.

Excellent salary package.
