Analyst II , Global Mobility @ HARMAN

The Analyst, Global Mobility will be responsible for day to day operations with localizations and International Assignments that meet business requirements by working in conjunction with global, local policies, processes & regulations; monitoring, compliances & strive for improvements and keeping management informed appropriately. This role with also assist with defined guidelines and internal and external regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on day to day operations with Permanent transfers and Global Mobility administration activiites.

• Support Global Mobility manager in initiating the permanent transfers in conjunction with service partners, Home and Host HR patners.

• Coordinate with HR partners for designing the local package for relocation

• Assist with Home & Host compensation and benefits policies

• Work with payroll process set-up for new country combinations and coordinating with stakeholders in ensuring tax compliance.

• Assist in preparing the local offer letter for International Permanent transfers

• Follow-up with relocation, immigration and tax service partners for day to day progress

• Support leadership in governance of permanent transfer policy

• Coordinate with the service providers in ensuring the seamless process for permanent transfers

• Review and implement the best practices for improving the process for International transfers

• Support & coordinate end to end International assignment requests

• Work in conjunction with HR partner in obtaining completed Data Gathering Form

• Process the cost estimate authorization in the Altair portal

• Process the relocation authorization in the Altair portal

• Ensure the relocation approvals are obtained in timely manner from all the approvers

• Manages the weekly & monthly invoices from service providers and maintain the tracker

• Audits the weekly & monthly invoices and highlights any anomalies

• Adminster the Master Expat tracker and capture all the updates appropriately

• Initiate the International Assignment letter preparation with Altair

• Obtain necessary approvals & signatures on the IA letters

• Track the initial assignment briefing call notes with Altair consultant

• Coordinate with Host country HR s for Host paid allowances on quarterly basis

• Organize communication emails with HR on Quarterly COLA approvals

• Monitor the assignment end dates and initimate the Manger at least 3 months ahead

• Schedule events and meetings pertaining to assignment services

• Track all the reports from service providers and report for any inconsistency

• Manage cross country check list with Home & Host HR s

• Maintain weekly tracker for ongoing assignment status

• Administer assignee survey to measure program effectiveness

• Makes recommendations on process improvements to Manager & Leadership team

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or related field

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Global Mobility

• Experience in coordinating, multi-tasking and should be a quick learner

• Strong Excel and data management skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics and interact with all levels of management and associates, including HR colleagues, Sr. Executives and Business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Savvy with global mobility automation tools
