Job Summary

Answer inbound calls within the guidlines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently acheives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.

Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent). Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students) Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
