Job Description:

  • Responsible for management activities Plan, recruitment, resource planning & utilization, handling various technical team for application support & infrastructure projects.
  • Understand and address the needs of the business through technology or process solutions that delivers explicit business value.
  • Managing capacity and utilisation of delivery team members to ensure the resources are utilised and balance with delivery capacity.
  • Interacting with various geographical stakeholders Business Teams, Onsite vertical teams to ensure the deliverables and other support functions.
  • Handling various technical support teams and managing ITIL process across the life cycle.
  • Handling Incident, Problem, and Change and release management.
  • Planning & implementing the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan.
  • Achieving the KPI's/SLA's.
  • Portfolio Management managing the vendor service management.
  • Service catalogue vendor management services with escalation matrix.
  • Managing vendor contract agreement, vendor SLA and governance meetings.
  • Preparing escalation process and matrix for end-to-end process.
  • Created transition plans and keep track the progress of the plan.
  • Mapping internal resource with Customer SME for knowledge gathering.
  • Responsible for end-to-end transition phase with transition plan, KT documents, and Organizational chat & signoff document.
  • Presenting transition progress on weekly basis with top management and customer.
  • Managed staff required for transition and ensured required skills in employees.
  • Coordinated with Project Managers for end-to-end transition progress and issues.
  • Presenting Operations handbook, Application sets & escalation matrix.
  • Working with Operations Maturity team for Quality Gate process.
  • Understanding the business, application functions and plan for application support and maintenance in terms of delivery management.
  • Managing the delivery of the application services and application lifecycle.
  • Handling the escalation and governance meeting, steering committee.
