Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To be the spokesperson and act as a single point of contact for the CEO.
  • Perform accurate research and analysis on the business scenario for the company.
  • Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned.
  • Ability to help the CEO to track down international clients for further growth of the company in south east asia.
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
  • Take dictation and write correspondence.
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as Dealer meets, fund-raising events and staff appreciation events etc
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
  • Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
  • Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
  • Travel to visit on important meetings and attend conferences individually or with CEO as and when required.
  • Issue memo on behalf of the management to various branches
  • Answer and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment.
  • Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
  • Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analysing information.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

Qualifications and Skills

  • Female Candidates Only
  • Degree in Business Administration (desirable).
  • Certificate in Business Administration or related (desirable).
  • Two years of experience in as Personal Assistant / support role.
  • Methodical thinker with detailed research proficiencies.
  • Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
  • Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
  • Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
