Job Profile :

1.Achieve GPW targets for the designated territory / span of Brokers.
2.Activation of Brokers.
3.Ensuring training of Brokers as per business requirements.
4.Ensuring planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company.
5.Ensuring Brokers are motivated and building a long term connect between them and the company.
6.Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring flow of information to the organization.
