We required below positions :
1. Head/SR Manager HR
2. Manager HR
Job Responsibilities :
v To lead a large team and consistently set performance standards
v To handle recruitment, statutory compliance, liaisoning, Wages and Salary Administration of large workforce,
v To manage Contract Labour Management and other HR related activities like PMS, T&D, ER/IR etc.
v To operate routine HR & Admin operations
v To Coordinate with various internal & external departments (Statutory authorities)
v to travel extensively in multiple sites & To oversee the HR functioning of all assigned sites
v To Ensure performance standard, discipline & grooming standards are maintained.
v To Develop a strategy for implementation of manpower plan.
v To coordinate with all HOD
v Reporting to Vice President
Desired Profile :
v Post Graduate Degree in HR/ Labour Laws/Social Welfare
v Hands-on experience in generalist HR role
v Candidate with good stability and having worked at multiple locations will preferred
Location : Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nagpur etc.
Salary : Salary will depending on his skill, expertise, education and experience Background.
