Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who will be accountable
for Growth Marketing via Ecommerce profitability of the brand.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about fashion, retail and data. In this role
though you will be an individual contributor you will also be collaborating and leading
conversations with internal sales teams, agencies as well as Ecommerce partners on a dayto-day basis to plan, execute and report growth marketing strategies that focus on lead
generation leading to shift in the secondary sales baseline.

Key Responsibilities of This Role
Execute full funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation,
bidding, budgeting, optimization and reporting for own.com as well as other eCom
partners
Curate insights from FB and Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO to map
customer journeys and buyer segments.
Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to give 360 degree view of all digital
marketing channels and campaign performance to required stakeholders.
Analyse product level data i.e. PDP view, add to cart vs PDP view, add to cart
abandonment rate and sales to determine how products are trending. Basis these
insights plan and implement PLA, search, CPC and retarget campaigns
Great negotiation skills with Ecom partners to get best visible space on platform and
their affiliates, especially during high event days like EORS, BBD, GIF etc. to acquire
new consumer base to the brands
Partner with internal brand marketing teams to elevate brand and product
representation on Ecom sites, their properties (Myntra Studio, Flipkart Ideas) and
their social media channels
Produce weekly and monthly reporting for all channels budget vs spends vs KPI
fulfilment
Competition and trend tracking and reporting on a monthly basis
Take on special brand projects to explore new areas of growth
Skill Sets
Great communication skills to bring clarity of thought and action
Relationship management with partners very critical to the role
Liaising with internal team members to showcase the brand and products in the best
possible manner
4-6 years prior experience in lead generation campaigns, Performance Marketing and full funnel marketing
Fluency in understanding self-serve portals and dash boards of partners
Awareness in commercial workings
Passionate about working with data, mine for insights basis which design and
implement high ROI campaigns
Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and prioritize work in a fast-paced, often
ambiguous environment
Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of
people
MBA degree in Marketing. Added preference with digital certifications on
Performance marketing.
