Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Lead- South for a well reputed Ecommerce client :
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan & Execute Regional Marketing Activities in South India for General Trade & Owned stores
- Manage in-store activities- merchandising, retail fixtures, in-store visibility & Region Activation to drive store footfalls and category conversions across product categories Mobile, Consumer Electronics, IT & Small appliances
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
- Recommending strategies to implement in regional marketing plans.
- Work closely with Regional , State Sales team & HQ team for analyzing sales performance & identifying regional marketing opportunities
- Manage in-store activities- merchandising, retail fixtures, in-store visibility
- Manage Local store/region activation to drive store footfalls and category conversions
- Manage local agencies - Visual Merchandising, Sign-age , OOH, Local store-level and society/mall activations.
- Plan & execute regional festive marketing activities
- Supervising and developing the regional marketing budgets.
- Work with HQ on understanding national marketing plans and tailoring them to suit particular regions.
- Evaluating productivity and marketing spends return on investment (ROI).
- Analyzing local competition and strengthening the companys brand position in assigned regional areas.
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with regional stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
- South Regional Marketing team of big organizations with a big retail outlet base
- Preferably experience in FMCG, Mobile Consumer Durables, Ecommerce or Retail Organizations
- Should have worked in South Markets.
- Experience in E-commerce & handling large retail business is an advantage
- Knowledge of any South Indian language will be an added advantage
