HIRING FOR OPERATIONS SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILE
JOB DESCRIPTION

- Job Type: Full-Time Work From Office
- Title: Customer Support Associate
- Industry: CRM/Call Centers/BPO/ITES
- Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurg
- Salary: 22k CTC- 21.5k Approx. in hand
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate both
- Working days: 6 days in a week with 1 rotational off
- Shifts: Day shift (9 am - 9 pm) any 9 hours shift.
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from customers raising them over Social Media Platforms.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
ELIGIBILITY
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Typing Speed and Accuracy of 30 WPM/90%.
- The candidate should be within 20 Kms of the Office Location.
- Immediate Joiners only.
- Graduate/Undergraduate both will work. (Pursuing Not Allowed)
