CUSTOMER COORDINATOR (PHARMA EXPORTS)

Candidate profile
Any graduate (preferably science/ D. Pharm) with min. 4 years experience in any function or role which requires document processing & coordination for eg
- FG Distribution

Candidates from any mfg cos. - pharma, chemicals, packaging, testing labs., analytical labs, analytical instruments / equipment or exporters, logistics cos.
COMPANY PROFILE:
- Part of a reputed pvt Ltd pharma mfg co
- An independent inspection and testing service provider for pharmaceuticals (formulation) cos. who wish to export their products.
WHAT DOES THE CO. DO
- It ensures that pharmaceutical formulations manufactured by producers meet required quality, health & safety standards, and specifications as per regulations & industry best practices to enable them to export
- Provides services to assist / support foreign governments (mainly Mozambique in Africa) in implementing pre-shipment inspection & testing at the country of origin (India) to ensure strict quality standards
- Assists manufacturers in document verification, physical inspection of the consignment and random sample collection for laboratory testing for shipment(Pan-India level)
- Ensures quality, safety and performance of the exportable products as per standards
- Also conducts quality testing of the samples as per specific pharmacopoeia methods or in-house methods
CUSTOMERS SERVICED
The co. assists / services over 200 pharma formulations clients across the country in documentation, testing, inspection and other assistance as required to successfully export to African countries
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Excellent coordination and documentation skills
- Some exposure to export documentation / procedures would be an advantage
- Experience in QC function in any small to medium sized formulations mfg / exporters and interested in enhancing their career opportunities in semi-commercial functions may also be considered on merit
- Good communication & report writing skills essential
- Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to collate and analyse raw data (from quality testing and control)
- Good communication AND coordination skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate the entire processes.
- Ability to manage the process on the digital / online portal developed by our client / in-house portal.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Support
- To manage & coordinate with the inspectors on field to ensure that the inspection & sampling of the consignment is done as per SOPs & client requirements
- To coordinate with approved analytical labs to ensure samples have been delivered to them & testing results / COAs are obtained on time.
- To ensure fast turn-around of inspection requests and efficiency in operations.
- To handle and manage discrepancies arising out of inspection and testing activities.
- To manage invoices to exporters and payments to the labs.
- Ensure that all activities of pre-shipment inspection, testing and reporting are done as per internal requirements.
Documentation & Commercial Coordination
- To manage end-to-end operation of exporter registration, inspection, testing and issuance of report in line with internal processes.
- To liaise with exporters across India on pre-shipment activities and guide them through the process.
- To ensure prompt customer service to resolve queries or issues.
