Job Description

Position Title : Executive / - Business Conservation

Role Summary:

• Create MIS on renewal collection based on customer portfolio criteria.
• Provide MIS based on Management inputs on RYP focus areas for the month
• Send MIS to vendor in TALIC specified format for SMS burst activities

Key Result Areas:

• Create MIS on renewal collection based on customer portfolio criteria.
• Provide MIS based on Management inputs on RYP focus areas for the month
• Send MIS to vendor in TALIC specified format for SMS burst activities
• Coordinate with CRMs and update dashboard on CRO management - CRO efforts, reverts, etc
• Provide timebound MIS to channels on collectibles, collected and panding thereof
• Provide RYP and customer related data on daily, weekly, fortnightly basis to Management for specific decisioning

Qualification : Graduate with knowledge of advanced Excel, MS Access, SQL, Analytical tools, etc

Experience : 2 - 4 years Experience in handling high data volume, analytics & segmentation, etc

Location : Lavelle road -Bangalore

CTC Range : 2.8 to 3.5 LPA
