Job Description

Greetings from Sharp Point HR Consulting !!
Designation:MachineAssembly Manager/ Assembly Engineer.
Qualification: DME / B. Tech/ B.E/ITI.
Experience: Minimum 10+ years work experience should have work experience in any machine manufacturing company as Assembly Engineer or Supervisor.
Job Location: Vadodara
Roles and Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to)
Assembly of various types of machine parts, sub-assemblies, and components
Planning, scheduling, and managing work order wise Assembly jobs, and meeting schedules as per PPC
Inspection and verification of completed assemblies for functional and technical performance, equipment finish, adherence to quality, and design parameters
Preparing Assembly plans and delivery schedules, weekly and daily work plans, work allocation to teams
Ensuring assembly equipment/toolsand material handling equipment maintenance
Preparing material requisitions as per BOM and consumables required for assembly operations
Requirements:
Minimum 12 Years of work experience in Assembly department in machine manufacturing organizations, with at least 4+ years as Assembly Shop Supervisor
Ability to manage medium size teams Assembly Fitters, Electrical Wiremen, Functional
Experience in assembly processes and techniques of various mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and electronic components for major and minor assemblies, structures, and full machine/plant
Experience in conducting full machine trials, quality checks at each assembly stage, component load testing and performance validation
