We are currently seeking a Services IT Dev. Program Sr. Assoc. II to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
- Need to have experience in Production Support project and interact with Customer
- Need to provide the resolution on production Incident/ Service Request within SLA
- Need to have at good working expereince on T-SQL and SP skillset
- Need to support in different shifts (A,B &C) during weekdays and On-Call during weekend/ Holidays on rotation basis
