Handle student counseling by calling.
Identify students need and suggest or guide them with relevant courses
Visit prospective students & conduct face to face counseling sessions with parents & students
Educate the students and their family members regarding existing courses, career options, and act as an advocate in connecting the students to these services
Promote and market the company through educational fairs, webinars, forums, and other events.
Listen to students' problems at all times, especially when it has to do with their academic, social, or emotional lives, and suggest solutions where necessary.
Refer students to the best career advice and courses basis their inclination and profile.
Work collectively with the other stakeholders viz- UG Head, PG Head, Delhi Head, etc.
Serve as a guide for students when selecting/ applying for the courses
Establish an excellent working relationship with the IMS Team and the students
