Job Description for Senior Executive Business Development:
Qualification:Post Graduate in Any Specialization
Experience:3-5 years, preferred B2B Sales
Location:Lower Parel, Mumbai
The primary focus of this role is to generate demand for our product and services through a mix of inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical.
Responsibilities:
Be part of a team that manages telesales to clients in the capital markets
Apply a consultative approach in understanding and analyzing clients needs
Source new leads via follow-up, cold calls, and emails
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Maintain and expand a meticulous database of prospects within the assigned territory using a leading CRM tool
Collaborate with channel partners to build a lead pipeline and close deals
Provide effective demos to Listed Company CXOs and other capital market specialists viz. Portfolio Managers and Analysts
Generate threshold leads per day and make follow-up calls to close sales
What must you bring / Required skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience
Passion for technology and using it to solve business problems
Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment
Telemarketing Sales Experience working for a Financial Company / Banking / Mortgage or Financial Brokerage Firm is preferred
Must be fluent in English and must have excellent verbal, presentation, and writing skills
Must have fluent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools
