Responsibilities

*

• Build, motivate and develop a team of brand and digital marketing specialists
• Build Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty in India
• Drive User Acquisition & Engagement and Growth through Digital Campaigns across various channels
• Define and execute Go-To-Market Strategies with the team and agencies to achieve companys goals
• Suggest and own goals and performance metrics for marketing campaigns across channels, track performance and continuously improve strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, product) to ensure seamless customer journey and experience and improve LTV
• Onboard, manage and brief the agencies
• Work close with the Product Team to enhance UX/UI and to develop new product features based on the customers feedback and market
• Own digital marketing budget - track, forecast and optimise
• Follow and analyze market trends, competitors to position products

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role
• Experience in market analysis
• Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
• Excellent communication skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Creativity
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
• Knowledge of Scrum framework as a plus
