Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Advanced Analytics and Optimization
The role requirement is for a Leader who will manage the Analytics Service Delivery for Advanced Analytics, Optimization, Pricing and Revenue Management processes of a Champion Account in the Media, Publishing and Entertainment sector of Genpact as well as drive growth in Business Analytics within the sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an Analytics team of 10+ members in the area of Advanced Analytics as well across multiple locations in India and US across multiple processes
- Act as a billable subject matter expert for the client in the area of Optimization, Operations Research, Advanced Analytics etc.
- Drive thought leadership and customer satisfaction for the various projects and assignments delivered
- Ensure service levels are met and high Net Promoter Score for customers served
- Ideate and design new solutions for existing and new customers in Media, Publishing and Entertainment Sector
- Own revenue growth and profitability of portfolio
- Infuse talent and own talent retention for portfolio
Minimum qualifications:
- Prior experience in managing complex Analytics processes involving Operations Research, Optimization and Advanced Analytics
- Hands on experience in both Technology and Analytics.
- Familiar with Revenue Management, Pricing, Optimization, Market Mix Modeling, Propensity Modeling, Adobe Analytics, Machine Learning Techniques and Artificial Intelligence
- Prior experience in driving process transformation in Analytical processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in verticals like Media, Airline and Hospitality will be a preferred
