Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Managed Services Provider (MSP)
This is a strategic role within the Procurement Function, reporting into the Category Lead - Contingent Workforce.
Responsibilities
Complete the necessary execution for contingent labor category under the MSP strategy
To manage the implementation activities required within sourcing to effectively complete the global rollout of the MSP contract
To manage the day to day sourcing activities of the MSP including: -
o Monitor performance of the MSP and guide the HR organization through the Contractual governance requirements
o Act as SPOC for MSP queries for sourcing teams including regional requirements
o Ensure the contract with the MSP reflects Genpact s needs
o Own and be responsible for reporting activities as a result of the MSP rollout
o Effectively manage the ongoing onboarding of new suppliers into the MSP post go live in each region
o Support the regional procurement teams as the MSP SME
o Effectively manage the expectations of key stakeholders across the organization and engage in ongoing change management activities
This is a global role; hence the incumbent would need to understand global strategic sourcing and should be able to establish vendor connections across regions.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in engineering/supply chain/business from a reputed B school
Execute and deliver the vision for the MSP contract
Oversee and manage the performance and commercial aspects of the MSP supplier
Ensure that the MSP delivers the anticipated savings and that adequate change management is in place to maintain momentum with stakeholders
Drive best practices throughout the procurement process and to bring in cost efficiency, improved quality of services, and adequate risk and compliance management across the MSP
Build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and ensure capture of business requirements within sourcing strategies
Operationalize learnings/best practices and build execution strength
Act as the MSP expert, providing guidance and market intelligence to sourcing colleagues and stakeholders
Preferred qualifications/Skills
SME in outsourced services sourcing /MSP contracts
Consultative skills and structured thought process
Ability to create & communicate a clear point of view leveraging experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to build strong partnerships, works and communicates well with all levels of leadership (both client & internal)
Communication skills
Negotiation skills
Project Management skills
Change Management- articulate message, present fact-based analysis, involve & engage stakeholders and lead discussions
Ability to work in a matrix organization and cross-functional team
Ability to work independently
Ability to work within a truly global environment
