JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible to execute, review and promote the Sales of Cat-2&3 Milk Products by extending support to the entire Sales team, with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISO guidelines.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Distributor management :
- Ensure Distributor Get maximum ROI as per the industry standards.
- Inventory Management:-
- Distributor maintains 2 weeks inventory at all times apart from Market credit.
- FIFO and Expiry management.
- Make sure Distributors receive fresh stocks similarly Retailers also get the same fresh stocks.
- Monitor and follow First in First out stocks flow system to avoid expiry stocks.
- Claim process: Claims to be submitted in the same or next month to avoid delay and ensure all the claims to be checked and provided the supporting documents for quick reimbursement.
- POSM Management: Track the POSM received and utilized in the market.
- Competition Management:
- Monitor, analyze and report the Competitor Price, Promotions, new launches and Marketing activities to take the necessary steps to ensure the sales targets happen and report the same to RH/SM/ASM - Sales on weekly basis.
- Plan, Execute & promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
- Responsible for assigning the budgeted targets to sales team based on potentiality of allotted areas in consultation with Sales Manager/ASM.
- Responsible to plan and execute the overall Sales & Marketing activities in the area of operations from time to time.
- Responsible to promote the sales turnover as per the business plan within the schedule in order to achieve business targets.
- Responsible for plan to sell more impulse range to generate more profits, monthly plan for segmentation of SKUs.
- Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
- Responsible for conducting the periodical review on business and identify the gaps immediately.
- Responsible to design & develop promotional activities and improve the turnover as per the budget.
- Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.
- Responsible for periodical review on collection of Sales realization against supplies without any Policy/TOT deviations.
- Responsible for reconciliation of distributors accounts and outstanding amounts on monthly basis in coordination with accounts team.
- Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system.
- Responsible to monitor and review the effective implementation of distribution/channel sales & marketing system across all the regions within the schedule.
- Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
- Responsible to forecast competitors and their activities in order to achieve the sales targets in the line with business requirement as per the schedule without any deviation.
- Responsible to identify appointment of new distributors in the respective areas of operation and ensure the expansion of distribution networks as per the business plan.
- Responsible to avail channels for publicity about the products and develop promotion activities to maximize business targets.
- Responsible for D 2 D campaign activities.
- Minimize the leakages, damages & transit losses & ensure no return policy.
- Responsible for effective control over the leakages & damages from time to time to avoid transit losses of Milk Products.
- Responsible to take necessary measures to minimize leakages & damages.
- Ensure to implement written policy to the Channel partner.
- Crates management & effective controls.
- Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.
- Responsible to identify the manpower required for business operation and ensure optimum utilization of resources within the budget.
- Responsible to develop the team & build the team spirit and extend the full support to achieve the targets within the schedule.
- Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints.
- Responsible to address the distributors problems & customer complaints on time in proper manner without any delay.
- Responsible to record number of complaints received and addressed in the prescribed format and submit to the Head S&M.
- Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.
- Responsible to follow and implementation of Food Safety Management Standards without any deviation.
- Responsible to maintain & regular update of the record as per the FSMS guidelines and submit the reports to ASM/SM/RH from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Age. Min.:23 yrs Max.30 yrs
Experience: Min. Exp.2-6 yrs in Sales in FMCG/Dairy.
Preferably Male Candidates.
Two wheeler and valid license is must.
