We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Global Virtual Sales.You will be a part of Genpact s Global Virtual Sales organization, which is the talent engine for Genpact Sales and focuses on hunting new logos. This is an India based hunting role catering to client segments in US/APAC/EMEA. This role will focus on acquiring and growing new logos and reviving relationships with past customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Consistently generate ~$10M+ in total contract value (TCV) every year, by positioning Genpact s BPO, ITO, and consulting offerings.
  • Effectively position Genpact s multiple offerings and digital capabilities based on client-specific business priorities. Co-create multiyear roadmap to digitally transform and uplift clients organization.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of domain and broader capabilities of Automation, AI, Experience and Analytics, formulating solutions to accurately address needs and deliver value to customers.
  • Formulate and implement the sales tactics & plans to ensure sales targets are met and sustain YoY business growth.
  • Develop, manage, and deliver accurate short and long terms sales forecasts and pipeline, in line with business objectives of the assigned portfolio.
  • Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations based on the needs identified for client and differentiation of Genpact.
  • Lead deal process end-to-end including mapping and establishing relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the account management and delivery organizations to foster a client centric culture and cohesive teaming environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Genpact s clients in the assigned portfolio and provide thought leadership on current business issues facing CXOs in the assigned portfolio.
  • Leverage existing executive level relationships to improve Genpact s brand in the industry.
  • Work with advisory and analyst firms to cultivate channel / advisory relationships.
  • Lead the development of long-term relationships with new and existing clients through careful planning, strategizing, and value creation.
  • Represent Genpact at relevant conferences, tradeshows, and industry forums.

Minimum qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in related field
  • Relevant experience in selling with focus on applicable domain
  • Proven ability to work in a virtual sales environment and a high level of proficiency in using virtual selling tools (phone, video, web, social media) to build relationships and generate a healthy sales pipeline
  • Ability to think above and beyond to contribute creatively towards building solid business pipeline and driving sustainable business growth.
  • Track record of driving $10M+ in total contract value on an annual basis
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma
Desired Skills:
  • Global experience/mindset
  • Selling business process outsourcing services, or minimally, business process consulting
  • Strong track record of independently handling client engagements E2E in virtual environment
  • Experience in closing outsourcing engagements end to end
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence C level clients
  • Knowledge of Pricing, commercial contracting
  • Sound financial & commercial business understanding
  • Ability to interface at all levels of an organization (including senior leaders in a variety of functions)
