Male /Female Supervisory -Salary 160 to 190 kwd
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Decide on reward and promotion based on performance
- Hire and train new employees
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
CDP (Hot /Cold Section) Salary - 150 to 180 kwd
Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the qualitysetby the Restaurant.
Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
Responsible to supervise junior chefs or commis.
Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
Baker Salary - 150 to 190 kwd Pizza maker - 3 nos Salary - 150 to 180 kwd
- Prepares, produces, and bakes breakfast pastries, breads, rolls, and some desserts.
- Develops new products for a la carte or menus on a rotating basis.
- Decorates baked goods, such as cream pies, using a pastry bag.
- Prepare high-quality pizza ingredients such as: dough, sauces, and toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes.
- Cook pizzas that satisfy our customers' expectations.
- Monitor inventory and communicate with a supervisor when stock and supplies are running low.
Barista
Salary - 150 to 180 kwd,
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Cleaning service and seating areas.
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
Waiter -Waitress
Salary - 130 to 150 kwd
- Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders.
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests.
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
Kitchen helper
Salary - 120 to 140 kwd
- Assist in basic food preparation.
- Clean kitchen equipment.
- Load and unload the dishwasher.
- Scrub pots and pans.
- Clean food preparation and storage areas.
- Receive and store goods
