We're Opening for Branch Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Managing overall product targets - CASA, Investments, Insurance, Trade Services, and TD & managing group business products like Business Banking products & other assets products (home loan, LAP etc)
• Set & attained targets of revenue & profitability growth and cost control
• Developed / implemented plans & budgets to attain growth of asset, liability and other
• products.
• Ensured compliance with banks own and regulatory guidelines and facilitated audits. Ensure branch profitability by delivery of all products.
• Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers / developed new business
• Manage and motivate teams to deliver premium service to the banks clientele.
• Interacting with other business segments across other units, like
• Sales/Collections/Operations/Credit & External service providers to ensure consistent

Maintain 100% employee retention level at the branch
