Roles and Responsibilities

• Process the ecom orders
• Maintain the proper inventory of stock and packaging materials
• Dispatch accuracy-95% within 24 hours.
• IRA -99%
• Coordinate with sales vertical and logistic partner to resolve the customer orders and delivery issue
• Timely submit the MIS to the management and ensure the work should perform within TAT.
• Able to handle the team of 20 people.
• Billing of the orders on same day.
• Promotional activity needs to adhere on time.
• Stock related issue need to share with planning team on daily basis.
• Reconciliation the orders with finance.
• MIS- Reason for delay Like stock issue, pin code not serviceable etc.
• IVR orders process after payment confirmation.

• Education B.tech/graduate
• Experience 5-6year
