Greeting of the day!!
We have an urgent opening for L3 Network Routing, Switching, Security and Wireless.
Experience
12 to 15 years of experience in Network operations and Implementation support for UK/Europe/US based accounts.
Technical Skills
- Strong Knowledge in Routing Protocols such as BGP, OSPF, ISIS, EIGRP and MPLS
- Strong Hands-on experience in MPLS, BGP and VRF concepts
- Should have enhanced troubleshooting skills with BGP, LDP, IP routing policies and VRF
- Optimally communicate with third parties such as partners and customers regarding technical issues and customer service inquiries, both orally and in writing
- Diagnose and tackle wireless, security, switching, and other various network-related issues reported by Cisco Meraki customers and partners
- Own each customer case from initial creation to resolution
- Collaborate with other support team members to fix network outages, misconfigurations, and sophisticated networking issues on customers' devices
- Read and analyze packet collects using Wireshark
- Work with engineering and management to diagnose and resolve critical, escalated issues
- Use acquired knowledge to suggest, edit, and write in-depth Knowledge Base articles
- Stay up to date on Meraki features and technology by attending lunch and learns, participating in engineering and product team communication, and keeping up with enterprise and cloud networking trends
- Good understanding and hand on experience in Cisco VMDC architectures
- Good understanding and hands on experience in all data center technologies such as Nexus Platforms, Fabric path, FEX, VDC, VPC, MEC, VSS, STP
- Hands on in Stretched Data center architecture and related concepts
- Should have good technical competence to suggest IOS and NX-OS suitable to Infrastructure
- Hands on Nexus 7K, 5K, 2K, 1K v, Cisco ASR, Cisco ISR, Cisco 65xx, 45xx, 39xx,38xx, 29xx, 36xx
- Should have good knowledge in WAN optimizers such as Riverbed Steelhead
- Good understanding and Hands on Cisco ACS 5.6, Cisco LMS 4.2.5, Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2
- Good knowledge and understanding of Network monitoring tools (Solarwinds, CA Spectrum and Net cool)
- Good understanding on managing and administering Cisco ISE for Wireless.
- Good Understanding and hands on in Cisco ASA Firewalls, Cisco ASA context Firewalls and VPN technologies
- Should have good understanding and able to manage Cisco wireless controllers
- Knowledge and open minded to suggest Global network and Data Centre Best Practices
Qualifications (Either one of them)
- CCNP Enterprise or Security
Other Skillset
- Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, OEMs and Product suppliers
- Knowledge on Contracts and SLAs
- Good knowledge in ITIL process and Agile
- Experience in handling of Network high priority incidents
