Designation- OSE Education Counselor

Location- Bavdhan/Kothrud

Salary- 17k inhand per month

Job Responsibility

• Sales & Marketing of Corporate Executive Program Modules.
• Institutional Sales
• Query Handling.
• Ensuring Positive Word of Mouth
• Recording the information physically and electronically.

The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound, Inbound & Online chat processes:

• - Day Shift
• - Freshers with good communication and understanding of sales are most welcome!!!
• - Outbound process: Upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses
• - Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.
• - Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.
• - Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.
• - Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling

Eligibility
Graduate/ Post Graduate with good communication skills
Minimum exp - fresher

Salary- 17k inhand(PF, Mediclaim, Life Insurance) plus incentives.)

Fixed Salary 17k inhand per month with unlimited incentive plus rewards.

Timing-9.30pm-6.30pm

5days working ( Sunday fix off, Saturday rotational off)

Training Duration 3-4days

NOTE- CANDIDATE MUST BE GOOD IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION AND SALES AND MARKETING SKILL.
