Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
- High degree of ownership in taking things to completion
- Strong ability to strategize and drive to execution at scale
- Structural problem-solving abilities while dealing with uncertainty in the current world environment
- Handled marketing strategies across all major digital mediate in product-based company, skilled in SEM/ Social/ paid media & digital platforms like AdWords, Facebook, Ad networks, Google Analytics
- Handled large scale monthly digital marketing budgets
- Hands-on experience in managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads at scale
- Experience in programmatic advertising is a big plus for this role
- Experience in managing TV budgets is a big plus for this role
- Experience in understanding data using Google Analytics/ Mix panel/ AppsFlyer or any other analytics or attribution tool
- Experience in cross-team collaboration, team management and agency management
Desired Candidate Profile
Work Experience or Industry preferred
Must:- Start Experience in App. Development with Digital Marketing Integration
- 7+ years work experience in a start-up, ecommerce, or analytics company
- Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Hands on knowledge of campaign management tools and APP management
