Dear Candidates,

We have an urgent requirement for an HR/IR in a steel company in Randstad Payrolls.

Job Location: Jamshedpur

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To be accountable for HR/IR-related Statutory Compliances including submission of various returns under applicable labor laws, timely amendment/ renewal of Licenses, submission of various returns under applicable laws, etc.
• To assist in liaising with all the external agencies like Labour Office, Factory Inspector, PF Office, ESIC, Govt & Local Authorities, etc.
• To take care of Contractor Cell (Verification process, payment of wages, Provident fund, Employee State Insurance, Bank Statement, Bonus, etc. related to contractors).
• To look after an end-to-end cycle of contract workforce.
• To take care of grievances and initiate Disciplinary actions (charge sheet, inquiry & counseling of employees)
• Any other job assigned by the management.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Hands-on experience in IR & Factory Compliances - Implementation of labor laws (with amendments) and adherence to statutory compliance at the plant.
• Deep understanding of IR Laws and Acts.
• Very good written and spoken communication skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATION:      

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University

MBA/PGDM(HR/IR) / LLB Degree would be preferred

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:         

3-5 years in HR/IR function in a medium/large scale industry.

DESIGNATION:

Up to Deputy Manager

Salary max will be 4 to 4.5 lacs
