Job Description

Concentrix Innovation Consultants work proactively with clients, Concentrix Sales and delivery teams to solution and deliver on innovative solutions like Robotics Process Automation, AI enabled Conversation Bots, QA Automation, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, etc. Based on the client's strategic objectives, you'll improve performance across their business through reshaping processes, transforming the organization, and using enabling technology effectively.

As an Innovation Consultant, you are a trusted business advisor & change agent, responsible for working with clients to identify strategic capabilities that create competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement or knowledge. You'll use best practices, benchmarking, and consultative tools to identify, align and change the factors that affect organizational performance, stability, and teaming, to develop comprehensive strategic and tactical transformation recommendations.


Position: Specialist - Labor & Employee Relations

Location- Mumbai (Work from office - Malad)


Roles & Responsibilities:


Expertise in handling PF, ESI, LWF, PT and Managing labour authority inspections under PF, ESI, PT,CLRA & other applicable statutory & labour laws, PF withdrawals/Transfers.
Assessment & Interpretation of Labour Law amendments and their impact on business.
Representing the company before external agencies & Government Authorities on labour matters.
Statutory Registrations/Renewals, Filing of Compliance returns to Government Authorities
Deal with local statutory compliance regulations covering areas such as CLRA, Shops & establishment Act - Min. wage, Hours of work, Leaves/Holidays.
Handling of Police Matters, Court Matters and dispute resolution.
Ensure statutory benefits for eligible employees.
Preparation of compliance deck for internal reviews.

Desired Skills:


Expertise in handling PF, ESI, CLRA, LWF and other applicable statutory compliances, PF withdrawals/Transfers
Good to have MBA (HR) and Law as additional qualification
Hands on experience of liasoning with Govt Authorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
