Responsible for HR team in all activities of HR & Admin Dept.
Recruitment and Employee Management
- Managing the entire Talent Acquisition cycle
- Coordinating with managers to understand manpower needs
- Working closely with managers to understand the Hiring Mandate and creating impactful job descriptions
- Coordination for recruitment of technical team
- Issuing offer letters to selected candidates
- Managing employee orientation process
- Processing confirmation formalities of the employee after completing their 6 months
- Responsible for issuing all employee related letters i.e Appointment letters, transfer and appraisal letters
- Setting up and managing periodic employee review and appraisal process
Induction for new hires.
Payroll and Attendance Management
Maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system
Updating and maintaining payroll records
Coordination and management of the entire payroll function
Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
Liaise with team regarding new hires, terminations, remuneration and conditions of service
Maintaining updated data in company software and master list
Ensuring compliance of all statutory requirements
Ensuring proper document management of all files related to agreement, statutory and other matters
MIS
- Ensuring proper maintenance of Recruitment Tracker and Daily Calling Tracker
- Maintaining updated Interview Tracker
- Coordinating new employees with department heads
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Training & Development
- Prepares employees for assignments by conducting training programs
- Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly
- Set up and coordinate classroom trainings, demonstrations, on the job trainings and workshops for employees in various departments
Employee Welfare and Engagement / Gr
- Planning and executing welfare activities like parties and celebrations
- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
- Recommending benefit programs to management
- Directing the processing of benefit claims
- Obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids
- Awarding benefit contracts
- Designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs
Complete Exit formalities / FNFs for left employees.
