Job Description
Young and dynamic Male Graduates/ Post Graduates in any discipline with 0-2 yrs of
experience in financial sector who are passionate about building their career in
collection/sales of the financial sector.
Should possess excellent written and verbal Communication and also should possess basic
knowledge in MS office.
Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region is mandatory.
The candidate should have own TWO Wheeler.
:
Interest Collection from the loan allocated by contacting/direct visit to customer place. The
role involves daily travel to customer place who have agreed to pay the interest/but not paid
and to all Non Contactable customers.
Daily Work:
- Interest collection from the >9 months loans allocated for the branch.
- Contact customers through Click 2 Call mobile application & updating call feedback
in the app.
- Direct Visit to customer place for collecting/renewing the loans.
- Ensure 75% renewal of the >9M loans allocated for the branch.
