• Maintaining 360 degree performance appraisal cycle
• Expertise with HR Compliances (Mandatory)
• Consolidation, analysis and presentation in a summarized way
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
• Maintain employee files and records
• Taking care for PF challans & compliances
• Assist in implementing the employee engagement activities
• PF & ESIC Clearance
• Performance Management System
